These Terms of Use define the rules for accessing and using simeet.ai, an application for creating worlds, characters, and AI-assisted chats.

The entire site is exclusively dedicated to roleplay and fiction. All characters presented, created, or portrayed through the service are fictional, even when they may resemble real people or situations.

Conversations are part of this fictional roleplay experience. They must never be taken seriously, treated as real, or used as a reliable source of information, advice, or decisions.

By creating an account or using the service, the user accepts these terms without reservation.

2. User Account

The user agrees to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all actions performed through their account.

3. Use of the Service

The user grants simeet.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and transmit such content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. They do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

The user remains responsible for reviewing, using, and sharing generated content.

6. Personal Data

The service may process personal data necessary for account creation, authentication, security, and feature operation.

The user should avoid entering sensitive data or information about third parties without an appropriate legal basis.

7. Availability and Changes

simeet.ai aims to keep the service accessible but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability.

The service may be modified, suspended, or temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security, technical evolution, or legal constraints.

8. Intellectual Property

The interfaces, software, trademarks, graphical elements, and technical elements of the service remain the property of simeet.ai or its licensors.

9. Suspension and Deletion

simeet.ai may suspend or delete a user's access in case of violation of these terms, abusive use, risk to service security, or legal request.

The user may request deletion of their account according to the methods provided by the service.

10. Liability

The service is provided as is. simeet.ai cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on generated content.

simeet.ai's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to the Terms

simeet.ai may modify these terms to reflect changes to the service, regulations, or security requirements.

Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use of the service after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
